CY1600 10000100000000006001010) -only in Euro</li></ul><ol><li>&nbsp;Identity Car, Passport, for Cypriot citizens</li><li>Alien Book, Pink or Yellow and passport for Aliens</li><li>Written authorisation in case that the application is submitted from a third person besides the applicant.</li></ol>Note: The content of this application are subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and of the Law 125(1)/2018
